Stripping wallpaper in a bathroom and re painting advise

Good Evening :)

As mentioned above, the wallpaper has started to peel away from the wall, it has fabricated walls, once the paper is off should I treat the wall with something before painting? And what about lining paper or just re paint it?

The problem with paper in the bathroom is, as you've discovered, that moisture wil eventually get behind the paper and cause it to peel.

For the best finish I'd get it skimmed and then paint it.

If the walls are in reasonable condition then you might get away with sanding it and painting but it will be better if re-skimmed.
