Stupid question? How to turn off water here?

Hi,

This question might be obvious but where on this pipe can I turn off the water?

It's a plumbed in dishwasher which I need to disconnect. Cannot turn off water fully at stopcock as it is jammed. Can I turn it off locally here similar to when turning off the plumbing for a washing machine?

Yes , it`s a washing machine tap with the handle missing turn the brass bit out the side

Thanks for the quick reply but what can I turn it with?

Can I just buy a new tap from the shop and connect it or is there an easier way? It's threaded for a screw etc

Yes I have a hot and cold tap near the washer. Only the cold is in use by it though. Will the tap transfer to the dishwasher pipe?

and they are 1/4 turn from on to off

I've just tried pulling the red plastic tap from the washer but can't seem to get it off to try and get it on the dishwasher, although I don't have much room to play with

did you undo the screw in the middle

Looks like the screw is knackered, can't get any head to grip. Will just have to pop to a DIY shop tomorrow and buy a new valve.
