hi guys

due to uncertainty at work a few of us are interested in being subbies so would love info on the ins and outs if any of you have done it or use subbies.

bad idea at the moment..

the credit crunch is hitting the building trade heavily and that includes sparkies..

stick it out at work untill you are given the push.. don't jump because you see a dim future..

A friend of mine is a brickie and he was on £125 a day on the site he's on..
now the main contractor has said to them that they will have to take a cut to £80 a day, take it or leave it.. they can get someone in at that price
