Substitute for Louvre doors

I can't find any louvre doors in the specific size that I want so I decided to make my own doors.

I'm gonna make a frame, and then use cladding to get the louvre effect.
But the doors are gonna look a bit bland without a panel in the middle, and I'm not sure how to make that.

Has anyone got any other suggestions on a substitute for louvre doors?

You can make doors with panels made from netting, wire mesh or stamped radiator panelling.
