ok... the scenario
i need to run an swa from a new meter supply (which has yet to be installed) up to a flat 45mts away. i cant calculate the size yet for obvious reasons.

the flat currently has a 6w board for power & lighting and a seperate board for storage heaters.

as this is an swa, i obviously cant just split the supply using henly blocks and so, in your opinion, what would be the best method to use in this situation?

Metalclad switch fuse as you will need to fuse the sub-main anyway.

As above, split the tails with Henlys, tails into the metal clad fused isolator and SWA out.

yup, good call, i was thinking along these lines but its always best to have a 2nd opinion just in case
