Got a small problem with the control panel. I can switch on the hot water & the red light comes on but when I try to put on the heating, there is no clicking sound and the red light does not come on. I've checked the fuse and that is ok, obviously since the water red light is on, the room temp thermostat is also not coming on and have no heating. The control panel is only a year old.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks

Sounds like the Control has failed, it should be in gaurantee, take it back to the supplier, they should swap it for a new -un
I have to say that I am not a fan of this controller, I find them difficult to programme, you might like to look at Honeywell 9400C ;)

There is an inherent fault with the 207 XL, that's why Sunvic have replaced it with 207 XLS.

I have had 3 of these 207XLs in in less than 3 years. I've replaced it since with a Siemens RWB29, even though Sunvic have given me a spare one when I complained.
