Fitted an outside decorative pir coach light a couple of weeks back..all tested and certified......
But customer has been in contact saying that when switching the hallway lights off at night the sensor light comes on.
I got the feed from a JB, from which there is 3 spots on a transformer, ( and JB is accessable ), when testing at my SFS I found that when the spots was switched I was getting 250v and when switched off 270v......any ideas? Is it the transformer? How to rectify problem pleaseand BAS please be gentle......
