Had a buyers survey done last week and it has pulled up some smoke damaged trusses leading to the surveyor to suggest there has been some movement in the roof....Has anyone got any advice or help to solve the above i have rang for a structural survey which will hopefully shed more details to if there is ant damage or what repair work is needed.
