Tablets not dissolving

Hi
When the dishwasher has finished its cycle the tablet remains almost untouched, I have checked the arms and that water is coming through but the little begger is still there at the end and most of the dishes are not clean.

Any clues?

Not sure of make and model
I believe the water to be getting hot as there is always plenty of steam at the end, or could this be part of the drying process? I have cleaned all the rotating spray arms but the same thing happens!

first make sure spray arm is faceing 6 oclock and 12 oclock put dishwasher on ,after 30/40 mins open door and see if its hot ,you can open door after 2 mins to see if spray arm has moved ,also if you have a dishwasher smelly fresher hanging on basket remove it ,if this is all ok solinoid on dispenser needs changing

The spray arms do not seem to have moved, I have taken them out and put them back in again as I may not have replaced them correctly after cleaning. However, if they have still not moved, what would you suggest?

oh dear , circulation pump gone expensive , depending on make and model scrap yard or fleabay time
