I need to lift some 1960s narrow strip flooring without damaging it as we'd like to re-use it. It's tongue & grooved and blind nailed but not glued. I've got some up, but so far unable to not rip the lower edge of the groove off the boards. Any tips?

Perhaps you could drive the nails right through using a nail punch, or similar
Given this a try but the nails are 'flat' not round and difficult to get a punch onto, plus they're nailed on the tongue(male) edge so quite some thickness of wood to punch through.

Think I need to somehow get under more strips of wood to try and lift several strips at a time to prevent the angle of the end board which is splitting the grooves.
