Can anyone tell me if it's possible to set up two PCs (same house different rooms) on the internet, at no extra cost, with one Talk Talk broadband account.
Thanks for all help.

You can have almost as many computers, printers etc as you want on a network. And if it is a wireless network, you are free to use computers anywhere in the house, without tripping over cables.
There is no extra charge on your broadband connection for more than one computer.
I use something called a router which distributes the broad band and it also has hard drive and printer on same system.
But before I did that I just used a cross over lead between to 2 PC's on the NIC cards but again the PC needs a NIC card.
Years ago you could get adaptors to use printer cable to connect 2 PC's not used it for years.
All depends what you already have and how much you want to spend. Also what you are using to get broad band now.
TalkTalk provided me with a wireless router when I complained about service dropping out and I would say first talk to talktalk as it is far easier when router already set up than having to enter all the details.
Only thing is the talktalk router was a little basic as to fire wall etc.
