tap problem

hi guys,
i have a mains pressure system in my home all of the taps are mixer taps(except for the garden)

in my downstairs bathroom the hot water does not come out of the tap at all, all other taps inc shower function normally, pressure is at 1.5 bar.

any ideas?

as an aside if i remove the filter on the end of the tap and put my finger there and open the tap i feel a pressure build up and i get a tiny trickle when i take it off again.

im in a rush as im off to see my missus in hospital, if you have any thoughts please let me know....

Check service valve hasn't been closed accidentally.
Check for kinks in flexi. tap tails.
