Tarmac repair

Hi All,

I have a large tarmac area in front of our house which I cannot afford to replace.
I want to freshen it up though.

So my question is, any suggestions?

I have thought of jet washing it, would this damage it further?

I have seen various tarmac paints but I'm a bit concerned that this will make it look worse or peel off after a couple of years and then look worse. Has anyone any experience with these paint products?

You can cut of any damage and repair with cold lay tarmac.

Thank you for your reply.

My problem isn't with a small damage area it's more a cosmetic issue with whole area.

The top surface is rough and is shedding bits of grit. I want to restore or create a smoother sealed surface.

You might need to run a compactor over it , or any treatment to rough surface will look pants.
