When using 1.5mm or 2.5mm twin and earth cables, I will bend the wire into a loop and then insert into the MCB when there is only one to go in there but put a straight wire when there are two wires e.g. RFC

Is this good practice or do people double over RFCs too?

Ok. What do you do with 1mm²?

There is only one wire on a Radial Final Circuit.

Do you mean Ring or Radial?

The criterion is to terminate the core satisfactorily. It does not matter how you do it.

Either is acceptable, but sometimes the 'straight' wires just do not hold from time to time, especially thinner wires.

IF you do insert two doubled over wires, you need to ensure they go on the same way - because if one is 'flat' and the other is 'on it's side', you may not tighten the terminal very well.

They need to both be 'flat'.

If you see what I mean...
