Hi, hoping for some help. I've installed a prem elite 48 around a month ago with 18 devices, all hard wired using EOL (via panel, plus and 8xp, and a contact and pa via the keypad zones). All has been working great. I've just purchased an 8xp-w and 2 smart keys, but I seem to be struggling to get the xpw to be recognised by the panel. I'm seeing it as an expander, so have tried nw position 2 and 3 (already have an 8xp as mentioned) . I've done a confirm devices, and also checked in the expander status section. I've wired it up just like the 8xp, it's situated just a couple of feet from the panel. It definitely powers up, I've attached a couple of pics. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Looking at that picture you have the address set wrong ..only one switch to be up ( on ) eg 2 or 3 or 4 ...

Are you referring to the address switches? I have my 8xp on position one. I presumed this would then need to be two? I've got it on 3 in the picture as two didn't work for me.
