I use to have a landline dialler for my alarm, but we've now gotten rid of our landline and only have broadband.
So i got a SmartCom (Wifi & Ethernet), i followed some instructions and managed to get this phsycailly installed using ethernet and connecting com 1 and 2 to the respective locations in the panel using this guide https://texe.in/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/Texecom-Connect-SmartCom-CEL0003.pdf
I do have the engineers code.
However, after choosing Com Port 1, i don't get a option to select SmartCom? I'm thinking this is potentially due to very outdated firmware (see below)
I was wondering if I can please have some advice to getting SmartCom connected?
My original engineer isn't contactable at any more, so if possible, i would prefer to resolve this issue myself. The alarm, otherwise, works fine.
