Texecom Premier Elite and Pyronix Twin Alert

So i've searched the forums and found how the twin alert should be wired.

Tamper > Spare Zone
BA > Bell
SPK > SPK-
-12v > -Aux
+12v> Bell 12v

The bell function works fine, however the speaker is refusing to work, both in test mode and when arming / disarming etc.

Any ideas what might be wrong?

there is a speaker volume control pot on the twin flex check it isn't turned down its near the tamper switch

Thanks - but unfortunately that doesn't make a difference.

You might need a 2k2 pull up resistor across the 12v+ and the spk terminals
i could also be to do with the L1 and L2 jumpers i think the texecom speaker output is -v applied
