The Perfect Grouting

Could someone please tell me how grouting, like that on the attached photos, is achieved. It is so good that it resembles Laconite and every square inch is the same.

Edit: The surface of every line of the grout appears to be perfectly flat.

You need to get the tiles really, really, really level first.

If you think its worth your while to buy one, you could get a Tile Levelling Kit - google them. They work on walls & floors.

A short finger of wood (aka a grout stick) rounded and smoothed at the tip will give you full and even grout joints - use a grout float to float the grout and then use the finger to pack your joints.
