You seem to have damp under the sink... does the water main come up through the kitchen floor? I had one where the water pipe had corroded through the elbow where it turned upwards inside the concrete floor. The house was 50years old and the water pipe steel. Apparently this is not unusual. Had to dig up the floor to get at it.
There is a leak somwhere....help / advice?!!?
