Thermal Expansion tank question...

I need to replace the expansion tank (30lb) on my baseboard hot water heating system. There is an air valve on the bottom of the tank, my question is after replacing the tank do I need to pressurize the bladder? Is so, how many lbs do I pressurize it to? Thanks in advance...
