Hi there, I'm new to satellite systems, but I'm installing a new satellite to get Freesat. I spent most of today getting wound up getting the thing installed, I wasn't getting a quality picture and some channels aren't received at all, notably BBC HD channels.
So having checked everything else I thought I'd check all the equipment was correct. The LNB had markings on it - High V, Low V, can't remember what the other markings are. The box says Quattro rather than Quad which is on my invoice. Is this a problem, could it explain my issues?
