This Plant, and how to get rid of it!

Hi All,

I have this plant spreading flat on my grass (not really a lawn) It has purple flat leaves, and I don't usually let it flower cos of mowing. But it;s spreading.

Any idea how to get rid without killing every thing.

Its Bugleweed , a feed and weed should sort it but we just keep mowing over it or leave at edges as bumble bees love it
