On floor ceramic and granite tiles, what is (should be) the resulting thickness of the adhesive after installation?

Using a 10mm radius U-notched trowel, you'll end up with about a 4mm bed of adhesive.
hello i have tiled with 100 plus tilers over the years and i have seen went the tile is pushed down from 1mm to 100mm and no probs with any job i have seen years later this will depend on the adesive
