Hi, I have laid granite tiles 400mm x 400mm x 15mm thick from Wickes on a wooden floor, albeit in a kitchen. My floorboards were very warped and not very level, so i first took them up and replaced with marine plywood. I used a waterproof flexible tile adhesive, which i think was made by evode (not sure it was 5 years ago). This needs to be applied in a continuous layer 3mm thick, not raked like you would wall tiles. That was the hardest part getting an even layer. I used strips of hardboard to provide a guide and a straight edge to level the adhesive between them. Doing a few tiles at a time, this worked well. Use tile spacers as normal, I used 4mm. You will need an electric tile cutter with a diamond blade to cut these tiles. I had to drill a couple of fixing holes and the only way i could get through them was with a masonry hammer drill. Was concerned they might break but it went fine. Hope this helps. EWJ
