put up some insulated plasterboard, then tile over.
I think you need to find out why you have condensation & cure the cause of that first. Lack of ventillation/insulation is usually the cause but may depend on the age of your property & possibly your life style. Installing a decent extractor fan might be a good place to start & insulated PB may work but it depends what’s causing the problem! If you have solid external walls then it may not be so simple.
