To Lag Or Not To Lag

I'm in the process of securing 22mm flow and return pipes around what is a barn conversion. The pipes are above ground, behind a kingspan insulated slat-wall.

Is it best practice to lag the pipes?

Don't know if it is considered best practice but I would depending on how close they were to each other and the length.

If it's in between the KS and the outside wall then yes.

Total run is 20m. They are flow and return clipped to eachother...so just a few cm apart.
