toilet fixing!

hello! have 14 toilets to fix to floor in a shower / toilet block....erm...underfloor heating BELOW the toilets......65mm screed, but the pipes are 16-20mm of that screed, everyone else has used screws that only go in about 20mm, may be 25mm, erm...the flooring is resin based (2-3mm) which they roll on then add quartz to to make it non slip.....cement, glue, gripfill? any particular reccomendations? thanks in advance

CT-1 - available on net or in most builders supply - like an extra strong silicone.... Bl**dy amazing!
