Torbeck Compact Toilet filling Valve

Good afternoon gentlemen, I Have purchased a new diaphragm for my Torbeck Valve. But I am confused on how to fit it, There are two pieces of hard plastic Now these have to point down so the arm can close the valve.

There is a Hard piece of plastic which is spear shaped and I am assuming this goes into the small hole on the edge of the fitting.

Any advice please, As foolishly I took it apart without realising.

Take it out and fit a Fluid Master.

Thanks for all the help. I took it back and bought a Fluid Master..

All fitted and working now..
