Hi, I need some help for a little problem which seems so simple.
I'm replacing a radiator for a towel rail and I'm also replace the valves.
I'll be replace the valves with these http://www.screwfix.com/p/drayton-trv4-chrome-trv-15mm-straight/41410
I'm using the existing fitting on the lock shield side but for the actual control side I need to know how to come off 10mm copper pipe and increase it to a fitting that will accept the new valve using the compression fitting. A plumber did my old one picture attached and I'd like to have a go at it myself.
The position of the valve will need to be straight from the 10 mm in line to bottom of towel rail.
Is it as simple as using one of these http://www.jgspeedfit.com/Home/Products/Plumbing-Fittings/10mm,-15mm,-22mm---28mm-Sizes/REDUCER.aspx
then using the compression fitting supplied with the valve on to this pipe.
Any views of how this should/could be done?
Thanks
