Towel rail probs

Hi all,
I've fitted a towel rail and it's not getting hot. The flow and return pipes are also cold while all the other rads in the house are getting hot.
It's 8mm microbore pipe which comes out of the skirting board and i don't have alot to play with. Can any one suggest anything? cheers

turn all the other rads off. force the water through to it.

Have tried turning off all the other rads and still no hot towel rail or pipes.

You did connect to the flow and return pipes did'nt you. If you're sure you did, close both valves and take off the towel rail then open each valve to see if theres water present and check theres no plugs inside the rail.

Yes all connected up properly, have taken rad off water comes out the flow but not the return. Must be a blockage somewhere, i'll try probing with some wire and see what happens. Thanks for your help.
