towel rail

can anyone please help me,
i have a towel rail on my half landing and no matter how much i turn the heating up it never even gets warm. please help me?

In any case I would expect it to not be connected to your heating.

With pipes and a plumber

Must rails are connected to the primary or a secondary circuit depending on how long ago it was installed.

u say its not full of air...so it's full of water then ?
so..its connected then ?
are the valves blocked...how hot is it when the other are piping hot ?
can you close the other rads down when systen is on and see if this makes the towel rail hot.
is it always hot...whether central heating on or off ?

it was diy job the other half put it in himself
