Today, whilst giving my car a service, I removed my brake pads (yes all of them) just to give them a close inspection and a clean up.
They are the original pads from new and after wiping all the dust and crud from them, I noticed that on the back it said Toyota and Bosch. Nothing unusual there as it is a Toyota and uit has Bosch calipers. But if you look closely stamped into the pad itself it says Pagid.
So it would seem that the pad is made by Pagid on behalf of Bosch for Toyota.
So, no point in going to Toyota or Bosch for the genuine article then.
In that little window, underneath the Toyota badge and above the word Bosch, it says Pagid.
