Treating Rebar in Cut Cement Gravel Boards

As titled really.

I've put up 2 H section concrete posts at 3ft spacing. I'm going to cut 3x 6ft boards in half and create a 6ft fence 'panel'.

Do you need to treat the steel bars now they are exposed? If so any recommended product? Are the bars galvanised before being set the the board or are they just plain steel.....

Just plain steel. Its a valid concern, you could put a drop of cold galvanising spray on for good measure.
