Recently cleaned out the shower head and the filter, and now i seem to have very low pressure, both hot and cold, have checked the tco for continuity and thats okay, any help would be appriciated

Low pressure or flow ?
Is the shower heating or only cold ?
Did you open any isolation/stopcocks fully ?
Flow, yes I opened the stop cock fully and have hot and cold water, it just doesn't come out the shower as fast as it used too
So with heat setting on II and temp dial on 1 it is cold and fast flow and on 10 and hot it's should only be a slow trickle.
What number are you having to set it on to get a shower you can stand under ? As your saying it's still heating water ok.

Its cold on setting 1 but not as fast as it used to be, prob about 75% as it gets hotter prob a 50 % loss, have noticed some pink staining on the hose, could this be from the staberlizer solenoid?
Sounds more like a supply reduction more than anything.
