Triton Opal 10.5Kw- No water

Sirs.
Triton Opal 10.5Kw, fitted 12-18 months ago.
When I switch the power on, the power lamp on the unit lights up, and there is a steady 'hum' from the unit also.- BUT No Water!
The usual start-up cycle of the other 3 lamps flashing does not occur.

Any ideas? Is this terminal, or could a low(ish) cost part do the trick?

Any advice is most welcome- thank you in advance

The flow of water will be controlled by a solinoid operated valve and I would suspect the solinoid is faulty, well that would be the first thing I would check.

Just replaced the solenoid valve, no luck.

Same symptoms.

Power = OK
Water to shower= OK
Power lamp on unit lights, but the start-up cycle does not occur (3 lamps flash)
No water thru unit

Ideas??
