triton zante electric shower

Hi, I have a triton Zante shower, yesterday morning i pressed the on button and it made a bang and sparked causing the fuse to trip(in the main fuse box?) I then flicked the fuse switch back up and tried the shower again but the same thing happened again; I tried this twice but each time the fuse was tripping out? Im not good with things like this and have no idea what to do now? I havent done anything to shower or the fuse box that could have caused this to happen?

Several possibilities,blown wire/blown heater/faulty switch. Whichever it is you need to get a registered sparks in for a proper evaluation/replacement.
