TV/FM socket

Hi everyone

I am about to put new digital ariel cable to out bedrooms from a distributor unit in the loft. Ideally I would like to use two gang TV - FM sockets. Do these need a separate radio ariel cable or do they send the radio signal down the TV ariel cable and split it at the socket?

Any advice would be gratefully received

In the past I have used an RF tee-piece to supply the TV and FM signals from one ariel cable. Worked OK with no loss of quality on either TV or radio.
