twin entry rad valve

I need to fit a new rad and their is a twin entry rad valve can I connect this to a new rad or would I be better changing the pipework?

I would suggest renewing the pipework and put a rad valve at both ends.

You will have to use two single rad valves and alter pipework accordingly. You will not be able to insert the tube from a twin entry valve in a modern style rad.
