Good luck trying to get those into a BS 1363 socket...
I would guess the website operator just screwed up and the ones you find in british ikea stores are probbally ones meant for british sockets.
Which would be a blow if you bought them from the website to take on holiday to stop your kids from jamming things into unshuttered sockets in your hotel/villa/gite/apartment.....

The concept wouldn't work in british sockets anyway - you can just prise them off since it would sit against the flat socket front.

Schuko sockets are recessed, so you cant prise it out - you need the tool.

AFAIK, european sockets are shuttered nowadays anyway, the absence of an earth pin made it more difficult to achive, but the modern ones require two pins to be inserted simultaeneously to shift the shutter. British shaver socket adapters work this way as well.

These baby plug things are just for peace of mind. And pushing a metallic object into an earth hole is the same as touching your house's pipework, or the screw on the front of the socket. French sockets actually the the earth pin exposed, pointing out of the socket itself, so the plug has a hole that the earth pin goes into. But it just makes it harder to insert a plug.

If the EU is going to do something in harmony, it should be the way we extract electricity from the wall! :(
