Type of supply

Hi,

Whats a easy way of working out what sort of supply you have? Can I just ring the supplier ot the Local Authority?

TT? TN-S or PME ?

If the main earth conductor goes to an earth rod you have a TT supply.
If it goes to the sheath of the supply cable then its TN-S.
If it goes to the incomer then it could be either TN-S or TN-C-S - if there is a PME sticker that should give the game away
