UFH – Alternative to traditional screed – FlexiDry

Guys
Due to the nature of our project the conventional screed for our UFH is unlikely so we are contemplating to go with the modified screeds like FlexiDry, predominantly to reduce the drying time.
Just wanted to hear if anyone here had any experience of FlexiDry/alternatives? Would be helpful to have pointer(s).
