Nothing wrong with wet ufh, provided the house is properly insulated to 2005 building regs standards.
I built my house with ufh and air con (summer) / heat pump (winter) and it works very well. Even temperature throughout without any radiators to cause draughts. Each room separately temperature controlled, it's the same internal environment come summer or winter.
Cost a bit more to buy and to run, but nothing like the difference between a Ford Fiesta and a BMW.
