under floor heating

dear experts.

i need to heat a room of 100 m2 up to 30 degrees. can i use the ellectrical under floor heating , or its better to use the water underfloor heating?

how efficent could this be , can the under floor heating reach such temp ?

haha ..thats true.. but not where is my project.. there are some cold ((not as europe ) zons..and ... desert night are cold my frind ...

my understanding is underfloor can only produce a fraction off the heat output off a radiator so iff a normal radiator set up cannot easily reach the temperature the underfloor will be something like half the output
in otherwords the house/room needs to be very very well insulated and the underfloor on all the time if its cold to cope but this is at around 21 degrees ish
