Underfloor Blending valve

An old thread I know... flow into this two loop system is at the bottom 58degrees (blue lever) , the blender(?) is next to
Isolating valve and is not letting any heat through . The pump a Grunny 25/60 seems to be doing its stuff.
Given that KEE have packed up, is the blending valve a generic one? Apologies for the slight fuzziness of the picture.
