Underfloor heating question

hi everyone

Basically I was wondering hot it worked, what controlled it ie thermostat, zone valves, programmer, special pump etc?? Does it justy run off amanifold like microbore does?

I have never had underfloor heating or seen it but have heard it is getting more popular.

Is it reliable or prone to failure?
