Hi

If you had the choice would you opt for 10mm plastic coated copper pipe, running from an oil tank to the boiler, or would you opt for the 10mm plastic pipe ( QUAL ) which is available ?

Cheers

If you use plastic pipe, remember it is for external use only.

From fire valve to boiler must be metal!!

It's also for ONLY underground.
Sorry to be pedantic, but although it must be used for underground installations only, it will have (and is OK to have) the rise to the tank connection and the rise to the building entry point above ground. I'm sure that's what you meant, OM.

Rgds.
