Relocating oil tank

I am going to relocate my oil tank and run a new oil line, could someone please advise on the laying of the oil line with regard to depth of trench and what sort of protection is required i.e. trunking,i will be using 10mm plastic coated copper pipe.

450mm deep, I use MDPE water pipe for extra protection, warning tape at 300mm. No hidden joins.
Are you aware of tank siting regulations.
