When the hot water is on I can hear air going through the pump and also through the pipes in the airing cupboard where the megaflow tank is.

I know how to pressurise the central heating system and would bleed the central heating system through one of the radiators.

I know to re-charge the air bubble in the tank itself I would switch the incoming water off and open a tap.

What I want to know is how do you pressurise and bleed the hot water circuit?

Well you dont know everything about filling the central heating then.

I imagine you will have at least 2x 22mm 2port zone valves. One will be for heating one for hot water.

When filling the system through the filling loop you should open the zone valves manually (with the levers) This ensures that all circuits are filled.

You system will either have a auto air vent or more likely a manually operated RV35 vent, you should try venting from there.

You can also try to vent the pump

Also do you just bleed your heating from one radiator? Why? Doing it from all will ensure any build up of air in the rads will be removed.
