UPVC aluminium coupler help!

We’ve recently purchased a house with the upvc casing missing on the aluminium couplers between the patio doors and windows. We know the windows are from eurocell but our local branch haven’t been any help in identifying what part we’d need to sort this out. We’re not sure of the brand of window but hoping someone might be able to help!

How certain are you they're eurocell? Is that an exposed aluminium coupler between the frames? What does the outside look like, can you get a picture?

In terms of your local branch do you mean the building plastics outlet for fascia boards, gutters, consumables etc? Although they are the same company they probably wouldn't be much help, you ideally need to search out a local window fabricator that uses eurocell profiles, show them your pictures and I'm certain they would help

Pretty sure as all of the windows were replaced the same time and some still have eurocell stickers on. I’ve attached a picture of the outside.

Yes there’s a eurocell branch that supplies windows, cladding, doors etc. Have messaged a few local window suppliers after your suggestion so just awaiting a reply.
