UPVC Door 14 years old, time for a new one?

I was seeking advice, I rent my house to my daughter and she said by the front door is always cold, the UPVC door is 14 years old and I thought about getting a new UPVC or composite door, or will the older doors not be too much from the more modern doors?

Worth looking carefully at the gaskets around the door. Do they seal well? Are they perished at all?
